Grenadi Care is a charitable organisation which aims to contribute funds and help to the problems caused by extreme poverty. Over a billion people worldwide live on less than $1 US per day, which means they don't have access to medical care, food or fresh water. Grenadi Care fights against the injustice of this.

The focus of this poster campaign was to highlight the injustice of human trafficking, particularly in Nepal, and engage the viewer to get involved. As the target audience was 17 to 25 year olds, who are attracted to good imagery, but don't want to be made to feel guilty, the poster had to be informative but positive, so that it inspired.

Given that Nepal is a popular backpacker destination, this poster uses the style of an Art Deco tourist poster, with Everest as the icon of Nepal. The headline is quickly followed by uncomfortable facts and figures, making the message hard hitting, but the visual effect dramatic. The typography is reminiscent of the Art Deco period, with the inline text bringing it up to date.
